Noah has now been working with deep tissue for over thirty years, and in that time he's found certain spots that nearly always produce good results in terms of releasing holding patterns. This day examines those spots and teaches students how to access and release the most important patterns we can release with minimal effort. (Remember, all courses offered in Arkansas have been approved by the State Board for continuing education credits.)
