Noah will be in London for a few days in late March and offers an hour course MasterClass, by invitation to those who have achieved Level IIII Practitioner status in CORE Fascial Release work. Noah has been a bodyworker since 1985, an instructor since 1994, an author since 2009 and has presented in many venues around the world. His CORE work focuses on the idea that while we must learn basics, the true skill for a bodyworker comes from following the cues a bodymindcore presents as each patron presents their traumas and works with the practitioner partner to identify and release old holding patterns.

It's Karrasch's contention that good bodywork, or bodymindcore work, involves creating and maintaining safe partnerships with the patron, keeping them present and feeling safe in the work. The goals: creating resiliency through the bodymindcore, moving the stuck energy and lengthening the core without imposing the practitioner's needs on the patron! The work focuses on creating partnership, staying on an acceptable level of challenge and keeping that patron 'in the body' and participating in the partnership.
In the day, each student will receive a short session designed to touch the core from a distant landmark that give the student a new understanding of their personal line as it's blocked in the core. We'll also talk a great deal about the evolving principles of CORE as well as create opportunities to practice the work with partner students. A great day for those who are ready!
